- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer typically starts with a phone quote. There are many factors that go into cleaning for someone and no home or homeowner is the same. During the phone quote I take the customer through a checklist asking questions such as "What type of flooring is in the home?" "Are their any pets?" or "Does anyone in the home have allergies?". From the phone quote I typically set up either a walk through appointment where I come over and take a tour of the home making notes for future cleanings or we move right into scheduling the cleaning depending on the needs of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate with a degree in Business Administration. I have been cleaning homes as a side business for three years and have since started my own cleaning company. I have successfully operated the business for over a year now.
