I requested service to install insulation, hang drywall and paint area in garage. Istvan immediately responded to my request and offered to come out to inspect the work area. His quote was more than fair and it undercut the two other bidders by a size-able margin. Additionally, he was able to perform the work two days after the work area evaluation and quote despite my flexibility. He also was very friendly and professional and showed a willingness to complete the work whereas the other bidders seemed more reluctant. Istvan also kept me informed on his progress which made me feel included in the project. The final outcome was outstanding and he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to my friends and I look forward to working with him soon on future projects.

Istvan did an amazing job installing a new exterior basement door. He made sure that all my concerns with water tightness were addressed and the end result is amazing! We will have him do other projects for us too!

As a homeowner I really had no knowledge of what I should ask someone when I have them look at something we need repaired. I only have the ability to explain whats is wrong and how we would like it to be. I feel that there was a bit of a communication issue here in being able to understand and provide what was needed. Long story short on my part I think I should have shopped around more for other quotes and professionals for this job. I should have asked questions, especially when I kept hearing "Oh no" comments while the work was being done. On the professionals part, when you come to survey a job someone is going to pay you money to do, please be honest with them if this type of job is not something you are best suited for. I would have rather kept looking for the right fit then been unhappy with the results. Closet framing was not smooth and I was not told we needed to sand after completed( I thought that was part of the work), had to clean up wall pieces from sons bed and large splats of drywall mud from wall and carpet and when the doors were hung for our rooms we were charged an extra $140 on day 3 because of trimming he had to do. On day 1 this should have been told to us instead of day 3 and I was under the impression that his $200 charge on our bill for incidentals covered this. I just feel like what we received is not up to standard for what we paid. Both were very nice men but I guess I was expecting more.

Mr. Istvan is very fast and has a great attention to detail. Additionally, he demonstrates in his actions that he cares very much that the job is done the right way the first time. Lastly, it's easy to work with someone that is very personable. I highly recommend his expertise.
