FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All first time clients get 50% off their first one hour massage. Massages start at $30 for a half hour and $60 for an hour. The price varies based on the type of massage for instance deep tissue is $70 for an hour. Add ons like aromatherapy or head and scalp or hot stone is $10. There is a loyalty discount you just book 3 months out and you get $10 off all one hour services. After 10 massages you get another discount and any one you refer to me you will get $10 off any service but this is limited to one per service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client you come in 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and then we will do an assessment to see what needs the most work. The first massage tells me what exactly needs to be done an gives me an idea of how long or how many massages we will do before you reach the maintenance goal of a monthly massage. Throughout the massage I may educate the client based on wether they want to talk or just relax. Generally most people enjoy learning about their body and how to treat certain conditions to reach a goal that we both have set ( usually to feel better and be more relaxed). At the end You will be rescheduled based on your needs as well as given stretches/ strengthening advice and suggestions for supplements or nutrition so you can reach your goals quicker.
