KRB Property Maintenance was a life saver. I’m moving out this week, and I was able to get ALL of my junk cleared out. We had a great experience with KRB. We hired KRB to remove and clear out old junk that was left by our tenant. They also clean out our gutters. KRB was honest and upfront with pricing. KRB was professional and punctual with completing the our project. We definitely would hire them again!

Our pricing starts at $150 for junk removal. A standard 1/4 acre lot starts at $45 for weekly mowing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new customer reaches out we schedule with them to come out and give an estimate. From there we schedule the job. In most cases we can provide the service within the same week!
