Barry responded to my request within minutes. What I thought was a clogged sink ended up being a way bigger project that included using an auger to clean out the drains and a sewage issue.He gave me a price upfront before starting any of the work so I knew exactly what we were looking at since it changed from the initial quote. He was very professional, hard working and a great guy! He didn't leave until the new project was completed, even though it was sleetng and starting to snow outside. He wanted to make sure everything was functioning properly. I hired him for an additional project next weekend! Thanks-Alison

Great experience with Express using them to troubleshoot a gas leak on my range line.
The technician did excellent work, and just in time for thanksgiving. I payed my project and they were ready to respond the same day. I would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using them for future plumbing needs

Barry and Chuck did a great job with some plumbing issues I had. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely keep them in my back pocket for future jobs. I believe that they did a great for the following reasons:
1. They were reasonable on price
2. They did a good job- Barry and Chuck even fixed another issue I had with my sink and gave me some tips on issues I was having with my sump pump. I could tell that my needs were their top priority
3. Barry was always responsive when I needed to reach out to him.
4. Barry stood by his work and even helped me further with some questions and help that I had after the job was completed. I consider post sale service just as important as anything else and they lived up to my expectations.

Barry was absolutely EXCELLENT!!!! Our basement originally flooded due to a sump pump failure on February 25,2018. We had went almost 6 weeks of dealing with the water mitigation people, and had just gotten to the point of being able to have our carpet installed today. Well almost today, the flooring was scheduled to be put in today around 12pm and my husband was in the basement and literally began seeing the water coming up through the foundation everywhere. It was a mess!!!!! I had used Thumbtack before for other jobs and decided to use today and was grateful I did. Barry made every attempt to get me in TODAY!!! I was so thankful because he took great care of us, and educated myself and husband on the sump pump that he installed. Although we have to now get dried back out before we can go forward with getting the floor installed, however it could have been worse if we didn’t get this taken care of so promptly. I would highly recommend Barry if you have ANY plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel my prices are fair for everyone. I charge the same price for a job in Indian Hill as I do in Bond Hill and Price Hill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I will provide a quote thru thumbtack or ask for more info. I always give my personal cell phone number so customers can call and schedule work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have a city of cincinnati license and a state of Kentucky license. I also have a back flow testing license. All licenses required training and class time followed by state mandated written and practical tests.
