- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have alway loved the training aspect of sports and health. My original plan was to attend Physical Therapy school but instead I wanted to work with athletes and adults in order to increase health and also help prevent injury to keep them out of Physical Therapists offices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is if you are looking for results find someone who can personalize with you. Someone who is willing to change all the rules in order to get you the training you need and want. Not every gym can offer that.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My profession is much different from others. We don't receive a salary, meaning we only get payed for the hours we have clients - and usually that is only a percentage. So if a price may seem too much high, don't hesitate to ask for a negotiation but understand we have to make our living as well.
