- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes & No. There are many factors that go into an estimate such as height, pitch and number of layers. So, all of these factors are determined during an inspection or EagleView review to draw up an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do the initial roofing inspection. Then we will inform the homeowner or business owner if the roof has life left in it. Also, we will advise if there may be storm damage that could possibly be claimed through insurance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing this kind of work since I was young with my father. I now have crews that do the work while I oversee the process & progress of each job.
