- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we provide free estimates for all jobs to get the most accurate procing possible to avoid overcharging
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start out with a free onsite quote and the customer then decides if they would like to move ahead with a same day pickup. If not we give our customers 24 to 48 hours to get back to us on if they would like to move ahead or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of this buisness i have worked in the moving industry for quite awhile, so even though we dont have to keep the item safe we can keep your house safe.
