- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know how fast we can do the work so we price our work on what we know we can do in a timely and qualified installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do one of two things with potential customers. One talk over the phone so we can get a complete understanding of what they want to have done, or two, come out to the place of work and review it with the client. We know many people are very suspicious, and rightfully so in our society, but to give an honest quote for the customers as well as for ourselves that is the best way to provide an accurate bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both educated through the IBEW. That is the Electrical Workers Union. We both have over 25 years experience in the Electrical trade.
