Im so grateful that I found him, I can’t recommend him enough. Today he removed our business sign, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
First, he was incredibly professional and responsive. What impressed me most was his honesty and fairness. He actually reduced the price by about $200 that level of integrity is rare.
On top of that, the weather today was extreme, but he still showed up and completed the job without cutting corners. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and safely.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. If it’s an appliance repair I charge a service fee for coming and looking. The service fee is applied to the repair bill if work is agreed to. I normally charge by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for details about what they are needing. I will ask for pictures of the project if possible. Then try to schedule a time that works best for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying hvac. I have been working and repairing appliances for many years.
