What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually by hour and then estimated. It can be by project, but again it is by the hour. Usually there are a certain amount of revisions included and an addition fee, if the revisions go over. Payment has to be complete on completion of project unless there is a proven work history.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most certainly, I'm currently working on 3D, animation and video classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to sketch a lot and my parents guided me into the field.
