Vlad was very direct on when he was available to fix our chimney issue. He came out and repaired/overlapped the wiring to keep the critters out (squirrels and bats). He took photos of the before and after (because I'm not getting on the roof to look!) and sent them to me for approval. Very nice and respectful. Fingers crossed that critters will not get in our home via the chimney!! Thank you, Vlad.
