What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer dicounts to all present and past military, police, fire and ems personel. We also offer discounts tp first time home buyers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by InterNACHI to complete 24 hours of continuing education. They also keep us updated on the latest available technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my father was selling his house several years ago and inspector was hired by a potential buyer and he report was full of errors and inaccuracies. This sealed our decision. Unfortunately that inspector is still in business, but so are we.
