FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing, it just depends on what you want done. If you have a 40 foot tree near power lines or a structure you can not charge the same price as you would a 25 foot tree with nothing around it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can not give an fixed price without first seeing the tree. I set up a time and date to go look at the tree; however, the customer doe not have to be there all I need is an address and to know which tree needs cut down. After I see the tree I can then give the customer a fixed price and set up a time and date that is good for the customer for me and my skilled crew to come complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my own business since 1987, but have also worked with Total Tree Service and Nelsons Tree Service. Total Tree Service is no longer in operation but I was a foreman and top climber. Nelsons Tree Service is where I got certified for line clearance work, I was also top climber and ended as a foreman. I have also done work for FEMA when the hurricane sent all the storms to Ohio.
