Introduction: We provide hands on small business training and one-on-one mentor-ship to all employees who are interested. They are highly trained, hard workers, and best of all honest. The best thing about owning and running Rooted Values is the chance to come to work everyday to serve other people and invest in our employees. There are few places out there who care so much about the success of their employees and create an environment that is fun to work in, especially in the lawn care and landscaping industry. Besides that, I enjoy working outside and making people love their yards!
