Hello potential client my name is Tamara. I'd like to start out saying this is not just a cleaning business but it's a relationship business. For the last 20 plus years my husband and I had a cleaning constuction and painting business known as The Master's hands down in South Texas. I was a contractor for military officers and military family housing for NAS Corpus Christi, Portland and Aransas. I contracted with them for about 4 years. I also cleaned apartment rentals house rentals and personal homes I have very good references. Due to hurricane Harvey taking my house out down in Rockport Texas I relocated up here and remodeled a home that I bought and now I am ready to get back to work so I have started a business here to do the same thing. I look forward to starting my business here. I work quickly and take pride in doing a good job. In all the years I have done this work I have never had any incidents of damaged property.

My standard pricing has been posted although if I have to travel long distances I have to reflect that in my pricing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new client I like to talk to them in depth to see exactly what kind of scope of work they're looking for and especially the little details that they would like done. I like to ask questions and listen to what their concerns are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well besides cleaning my own house full of kids, and cleaning for Military Officer housing really prepares you to be very detailed oriented they have very high standards.
