John McCoy is an outstanding technician and excellent communicator which seems harder to find these days! I hired him to clean out my home's HVAC system and although he wasn't feeling 100% the day of the appointment, he came to my home as promised. Not only did he complete the original scope of work, he went above and beyond to take care of some other HVAC work that needed attention without charge. I would hire John again without hesitation for any HVAC needs that arise in the future. If I wasn't restricted to just picking three (3) things that I liked about John, I would've chosen all five (5).

John did a great job cleaning or ducts and vents in our old home. He gave pricing before he did work and thoroughly explained all the things that needed done in the house and made sure I understood the necessary work he’d suggested before moving forward. He was very open and honest and we’d call him again for help in a heartbeat!

Thank you, John, for your service and advice. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied because the job was not completed properly. I paid $1,000 for air duct cleaning, and you left my house without installing a new filter. That is not acceptable. I am very disappointed with this experience. Not recommended
