I am very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism! John was very personable and informative. We initially thought we just needed our vents cleaned but upon further investigation it was apparent we had a pretty bad mold issue in our vents. John let me know right away and explained the issue thoroughly and what steps were needed to rectify the issue. He gave me a quote on the spot for the extra work and treatments that were needed. Of course we weren’t expecting to incur these extra costs but I have 2 young children and need to make sure they are living in a healthy enviornment. John worked around my schedule and was very patient, which I really appreciate! We will definitely be using John in the future when we need our ducts cleaned again!

John was promp and took care of our needs. When quoted whole house and dryer vent, I didn't know the air ducks weren't included and an extra charge. I paid for it because it was needed. John is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise. Will use him again.

John McCoy is an outstanding technician and excellent communicator which seems harder to find these days! I hired him to clean out my home's HVAC system and although he wasn't feeling 100% the day of the appointment, he came to my home as promised. Not only did he complete the original scope of work, he went above and beyond to take care of some other HVAC work that needed attention without charge. I would hire John again without hesitation for any HVAC needs that arise in the future. If I wasn't restricted to just picking three (3) things that I liked about John, I would've chosen all five (5).
