- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service call 7am-7pm. Emergency service call will be applied after 7pm. We offer military, senior, police, fire, and teacher discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When client contacts us, our office staff will call, text, or email to set up appointment. Technician will be dispatched with a stocked truck to customers home. Upon arrival our technician will do a full inspection of the door. We will be looking over all hardware of the garage door. Once complete, we will work with customer to address their garage door needs. All pricing will be discussed before any work is done. Once agreed upon, the technician will complete the work at that visit.
