I used Amity Haven Ltd to fix a Radon problem in our house. The three month Radon test came back with a reading of 12 pCi. Well above the norm of 4 pCi. I found Derrick's company on Thumbtack. From first contact with Derrick my Radon problem was fixed in less than two weeks. To verify my three month Radon test I purchased the RadonEye from Amazon. The RadonEye monitors your house 24/7. My Radoneye was actual giving me a reading of 34 pCi. However, after Derrick installed our Radon system my reading on the Radoneye is .34 pCi. Well under the recommended 4 pCi. I highly recommend Amity Haven for your home inspections or Radon remediation. I also recommend the RadonEye for your own home. Some recent home buyers may have wave off Radon testing when the house was purchased. Also it has been known the some people will open there basement windows during Radon testing just to have a "clean" test before the home is sold. Even if you have a Radon system the RadonEye can verify the system is working like it should. Do not bet your life that your house is Radon free.

Derek took care of our radon problem. We have an old house that presented some issues but he walked us through every step of the way. He was professional, accommodating to our schedules, and provided thorough and quality work. Highly recommend. When we go to buy a new house, we would definitely call him for our home inspection.

As a homeowner, I wanted to get my home inspected to see what was wrong. I thought I needed a full home inspection which would have cost me around $400. Derrek offered what he called a 'consultation' for $150 and what a deal it was. He walked around my entire house, got on my roof, in my attic, and just basically pointed out things that were incorrect or needed updated. There was no report, I just had to take notes. Very educational, saved me lots of money, and it feels good to know my house is set up correctly. Would recommend.
