Introduction: I pride myself in being able to keep my fees as low as possible. I am a licensed Officiant, not a Wedding Planner. Many of my couples are those who cannot afford a big, extravagant wedding and want something more than going to a courthouse. By doing so, they can have a "wedding" instead of simply being "married." I have performed ceremonies at parks, in a hospital and back yards to name a few. My most joy came from marrying my son and daughter in law in 2011, my first wedding ceremony in 2011. I like being able to give couples the opportunity for a wedding they would not otherwise have had due to lack of funds, time constraints, or health reasons.

She was excellent. We explained that we wanted short and sweet, but that we didn't have anything of our own written. She wrote the vows herself for us and they were exactly what we wanted. She was on time for the ceremony..explained what she would do and what we needed to do and performed it professionally. You could tell that she is a person who enjoys doing this and she does it for that reason. I will keep her info and give it to anyone I know who wants to get married.

I am negotiable on costs, it will depend on distance, how soon the wedding will take place, how many people, and what kind of ceremony.

I stay up to date on laws from my county and state and I am also always watching the latest trends in weddings.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My son wanted me to perform the ceremony at his wedding and after that, I realized how rewarding it was and decided to keep doing it.
