They did a very complete evaluation of our roof problem. They offered a way to deal with financing our roof replacement. The roof was replaced in one day by very competent workers. Cleanup was excellent. They promptly sent an employee to fix a bannister finial that had been knocked off inadverantly by the crew during the roof installation. I cannot praise this company enough! They provided unusually excellent customer service in every way!

My insurance company gave me a dead line to have moss removed from my roof. What? I contacted a few contractors. One gave me a quote without ever coming out. It was reasonable. Pally made an appointment to come to my home. The young man who came out was very professional, clean cut, and most importantly knowledgeable. He got on my roofs and surveyed everything. Afterwards he showed me via a lap top and videos that not only did I need my moss removed, but I had some serious issues with my gutters. With the lack of fascia underneath them, the wood was rotting and my gutters were working themselves out of some of the rotted wood. Had he not gone up there, found the problem and taken videos to show me, I would never have known. He also explained to me why it was so important to remove the moss, what and why it was necessary to replace the wood that had rotted and cover it with fascia, and that they could fix the problem while still using my existing gutters. I chose Pally even though it cost me more. They actually saved me money though, had the problem not been discovered, I could have ended up replacing everything (gutters and all). He also explained some maintenance that would preserve my shingles even longer than the warranty. (I did not have that option done, but will in the future.) They first had a man come and clean and spray my roofs. Again, he explained what he was doing and what I should expect to happen. About two weeks later, a team of men came out removed and completed all the repairs to the wood underneath the gutters, overlayed all of it with fascia, as well as cleaned out and replaced my existing gutters with a much better mount or nail (not sure what they are called). Again the foreman of the team was very imformative, before, while, and after they had completed the work. When the work was completed, they took me around to inspect their work and cleaned off the remnants of the dead moss. They were very neat, professional, and carefully surveyed my property afterwards, removing anything that may have fallen on the ground. I am VERY pleased with the work that was done, the knowledge they expressed, and over all professionalism. My only complaint was the communication with the office. There was a lack of communication of when they were to have someone here to give me an estimate and never called to tell me when the team was arriving to do the work. The most important parts, their knowledge, videos, communication while here, care of my property & workmanship were top notch. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
