Bryan did a great job installing our tub. He was very responsive with all communications. We connected one evening, and he was able to come out the next day and quote the job. He was able to do the work a couple days later and showed up when he said he would (that is increasingly rare thing). I am looking forward to working with Bryan on any future plumbing needs.

Bryan was amazing! He loves doing plumbing work, is excellent at it, and enjoys taking care of his customers. We contacted him to help with an assortment of plumbing tasks in a remodeling project, he responded almost immediately with a detailed quote. A cancellation allowed him to come the very next day, which was a huge & unexpected blessing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $115 and covers the first hour of labor. 80% of calls are completed within the first hour . $85 per additional hour.
I prefer to provide all materials for hook ups, repairs, installs, etc.
I provide senior and military discounts.
Larger jobs will be bid before beginning work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information about the job as I can. I try to diagnose the problem based off the symptoms the customer describes and provide a time frame of the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil engineering specializing in Construction Management. I have ran several different types of equipment. I am OSHA certified. I am certified to do service work for the counties I work in.
