Bryan was great to work with on my tub faucet installation project. He was very easy to communicate with before the job via the thumbtack app. On the day of the work, he arrived on time and was fully prepared to do the job. It was very evident as soon as he walked in the door that he was an experienced plumber. He masked up and took his boots off before heading to the bathroom, which I appreciated. When he took a look at the tub where the faucet needed to be installed, he spent a few minutes explaining how he would make all the connections. His work was great, using high-quality supplies that I have confidence will last the life of the tub. Overall he was very easy to work with and his costs were more than fair. Thanks Bryan!

Had a leak in our basement and didn’t know if it was our water heater, AC, water softener or drain. Submitted the job and Bryan responded the same evening and even helped diagnose the problem remotely before determining the leak was caused by our 16 year old water softener. Bryan was able to come out to the house within a few days and replace our entire water softener system at a reasonable price. Took him just a couple of hours and was very professional, courteous, explained all the work he did and showed us how to operate the new unit. Thanks Bryan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $115 and covers the first hour of labor. 80% of calls are completed within the first hour . $85 per additional hour. I prefer to provide all materials for hook ups, repairs, installs, etc. I provide senior and military discounts. Larger jobs will be bid before beginning work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information about the job as I can. I try to diagnose the problem based off the symptoms the customer describes and provide a time frame of the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil engineering specializing in Construction Management. I have ran several different types of equipment. I am OSHA certified. I am certified to do service work for the counties I work in.
