Working with Ron was great. He was on time, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He replaced wax rings in three of my toilets and did a great job. He even looked at two other plumbing concerns I had and offered advice. I definitely plan to hire him again in the future! Thanks Ron!!

Ron removed the old outdoor faucet and replaced it. It doesn't leak. He arrived when he said he would, charged what he quoted and was very nice. We would use him again.

I had a leak going from my condo on the 3rd floor to the condo unit below me. At first, I called RotoRooter to come out. They checked the leak area, said it was a pipe, and would take an hour to fix. After another 10 minutes, they said they would need multiple pipe repairs and they would need to pull out the bathtub itself to get to the pipes to replace them. They estimated it would take about 8-10 hours of work and cost anywhere around $3,500 to $4,500 dollars after labor and materials to fix. I was not buying their explanation. They charged me $229 dollars anyways for their 'hour' of work. I looked on Thumbtack and Ron was the first one to respond. He came out the next morning, saw it was a different issue with a cracked seal around the tub drain, fixed, and repaired it for $145. The most important thing to me is getting the right issue and fixing it. I trust Ron's professionalism and work quality. Ron also assured me if anything else came up, he would come back out to investigate. 5 stars for Ron and I would recommend him to others. I will use him again in the future if plumbing items come up.

Ron responded promptly to my request with a straightforward and reasonable price. He and his coworker was able to come to my house on Memorial Holiday. They came on time and did the work in a timely manner. Their work met my satisfaction. They were polite and pleasant to talk with. They double-checked the work before departure. It was a good experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge 95.00 an hour plus parts but also willing to give bids for repairs or replacements. I keep my pricing fair and competitive a cheaper price isnt always the best route.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining the trust of a new client is very important to me ill always give them the best of advice in any situation they are in. So most importantly I want them to know that they are in good hands with me I dont cut corners to get the job done sooner so an extra amount of money is very important for piece of mind to the client knowing they dont have to worry after I leave. I want a client for life not just this one job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22 years experience of on the job training ive seen just about all of things possible when it comes to repairs. I work with pex, copper, cpvc, umpano piping.
