- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't keep price sheets based on market. We price based on wants and needs. If all you want is a logo, we aren't going to charge you an inflated rate. We'll charge you what it costs for a logo. We're not into the "add on", buy in bulk" game. Sometimes all you need is a revamp, and you shouldn't have to pay dearly for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know as much as I can about the clients I'm working with. What are there goals for this project? Do they want more customers or are they looking to update their business? Are they selling a new product or wanting to upgrade their website? These bits help me create the best designs and direct marketing for each client. No cookie cutter work... individual, extraordinary results only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years of web design, graphic design and direct marketing experience. Working within agencies, in-house design, direct marketing agencies, etc. I've helped startups launch and established corporations rebrand.
