- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. I strive to offer the lowest price to the customer in all circumstances and situations. Each job and service is priced according to the circumstances of that job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I listen. This is crucial to the process of truly understanding what a customer both wants and needs. Many mistakes and unhappy customers result from the service provider not listening to the customer. The relaying a true understanding of those established wants and needs. So communication is key to a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years experience in general handyman work. Served in the military and this instilled a sense of pride in my work. A year a on the job training for TV installations and painting.
