They came and gave me a quote for what I had requested and then they gave me an expanded quote on for some other things I might want done but then I agreed to the original work request and they set up a date. I purchased all the materials and painted 230 feet of woodwork and they canceled and said they were too busy to come the day before they were supposed to do the work . They gave me the name of someone who might be interested which I guess was nice if them. I hire that person but wasn't able to talk to him at all before he came but he did a good job but I don't think that absolves the original contractor of their canceling on me and saying they weren't interested in the project anymore

I started working for a waterbed company in 1982, from there I just kept perfecting and learning all I could and now I am a master at my trade. I still like new challenges.

Always check into recent work they have done and check references..
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do I need an architect? Is this something I really want to go thru with? Am I willing to pay for quality?
