FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fully transparent, straightforward, and built around delivering real, sustainable value. Because I firmly believe in my “shop your home first” approach, I focus on maximizing your existing resources, which often saves you a significant amount of money on organizing supplies. I provide clear upfront estimates based on the scope of your project, so there are never any hidden surprises or unexpected fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a judgment-free consultation to discuss your pain points, goals, and how you use the space. Once we dive into the project, I follow a “shop your home first” philosophy. Before suggesting you buy a single new container, we look at what bins, baskets, and furniture you already own and figure out how to repurpose them intentionally. We sort, declutter, zone, and style. My ultimate goal is to build a practical, tailored system that fits your routine without forcing unnecessary extra spending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Set Design, which gives me an advanced professional edge when it comes to spatial awareness, blueprinting layouts, and understanding visual flow. Additionally, my day-to-day experience managing strict quality standards and protocols in food production has sharpened my eye for extreme detail, systematic categorization, and efficient workflows. Combined, these two backgrounds allow me to tackle any organizational challenge with both creative design flair and rigid, logistical precision.
