Dan did a great job when we hired him for the initial job. He was very responsive and took care of our rental property issues immediately. The problem came when we asked him to look at our other properties. He agreed to do the job and has since disappeared. He insisted he was available and then never reached out to the tenants to schedule an appointment. He claimed to have called them but no one received a call. I understand people get busy, but saying you can do a job and then not following up isn't acceptable. After a 3 week delay, we were forced to find someone else to handle our rental property work.

The Electrician i TRIED to hire was not consistent with his communication. I attempted to schedule an appointment with him and he called me AFTER the appointment time to say he'd been held up. I then asked if he could come later the same day; I'm still waiting for a response. He quoted a price of $130- to repair a porch light.
