We had a leaking pipe in our master bathroom that caused ceiling damage to our great room right off the kitchen. The work was pretty complex as parts of the ceiling needed to be replaced. The job was complicated due to the need to match the new drywall texture to the existing texture. Jeff came to do the job and he was on time, professional, and just a real pleasure to work with. He did an amazing job of repairing our ceiling. I could not be happier with his work! He is a true professional. We are so pleased if we ever need this type of work done in the future we will absolutely call RestoPros again! Very satisfied and we highly recommend them to anyone!!

We had RestoPros complete quite a few projects for us. We fairly recently purchased a property and needed what we thought was some minor mold remediation completed under a faulty window. They were contracted to replace the window and mitigate a 4 x 4 section of the wall that had some mold. Once they opened the wall up, we were surprised to see the mold was everywhere. It quite literally was on all the studs and framing. It even spread to the attic. Upon investigation, the roof was damaged in several spots (thankfully they were able to work with our insurance carrier and get it covered under our claim). I recommend them to anyone in need of general contracting and restoration work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With such a wide range of services offered, it's impossible to offer set prices. Each project will need to be evaluated on-site to determine the scope of work. We are transparent with pricing upfront. On large scale projects such as new construction, we recommend you have a 5% to 10% contingency reserve for certain unknowns / discoveries.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within Thumbtack, after you select us a direct option, we'll immediately reach out to you to see your preferred method of communication (i.e., this app, by text, or by phone). We'll then start communication to get a technician to your residence or commercial building for an assessment. From there, we will work with your schedule to remedy your scope of work.
