Our house sat vacant for roughly 60 days while we attended to some family affairs out of state. Our power was on the whole time, but we had a sump pump failure. Needless to say, all the rain that came through our area this spring, ended up in our finished basement. We had a huge loss. RestoPros not only pumped thousands of gallons of water out of our house, they also handled the reconstruction. Our basement looks amazing and we can't thank them enough. With such a wide range of services offered, it's impossible to offer set prices. Each project will need to be evaluated on-site to determine the scope of work. We are transparent with pricing upfront. On large scale projects such as new construction, we recommend you have a 5% to 10% contingency reserve for certain unknowns / discoveries.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within Thumbtack, after you select us a direct option, we'll immediately reach out to you to see your preferred method of communication (i.e., this app, by text, or by phone). We'll then start communication to get a technician to your residence or commercial building for an assessment. From there, we will work with your schedule to remedy your scope of work.
