We had a leaking pipe in our master bathroom that caused ceiling damage to our great room right off the kitchen. The work was pretty complex as parts of the ceiling needed to be replaced. The job was complicated due to the need to match the new drywall texture to the existing texture. Jeff came to do the job and he was on time, professional, and just a real pleasure to work with. He did an amazing job of repairing our ceiling. I could not be happier with his work! He is a true professional. We are so pleased if we ever need this type of work done in the future we will absolutely call RestoPros again! Very satisfied and we highly recommend them to anyone!!
It was a great experience. They came back when they said they wood, got rid of the mold, cleared-out everything and then took everything back down to the basement. I would recommend them to anyone.

RestoPros are great. We had a sewer line backup in our basement and they were very prompt. We weren’t satisfied with the initial clean so the owner himself came out the next day to make it right. Our house sat vacant for roughly 60 days while we attended to some family affairs out of state. Our power was on the whole time, but we had a sump pump failure. Needless to say, all the rain that came through our area this spring, ended up in our finished basement. We had a huge loss. RestoPros not only pumped thousands of gallons of water out of our house, they also handled the reconstruction. Our basement looks amazing and we can't thank them enough. Sump pump failed and flooded our basement. RestoPros of Greater Columbus came to our rescue the same-day and pumped all the water out. It took a few days of drying, but everything is back to normal. Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With such a wide range of services offered, it's impossible to offer set prices. Each project will need to be evaluated on-site to determine the scope of work. We are transparent with pricing upfront. On large scale projects such as new construction, we recommend you have a 5% to 10% contingency reserve for certain unknowns / discoveries.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within Thumbtack, after you select us a direct option, we'll immediately reach out to you to see your preferred method of communication (i.e., this app, by text, or by phone). We'll then start communication to get a technician to your residence or commercial building for an assessment. From there, we will work with your schedule to remedy your scope of work.
