What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a complimentary 20-minute Google Meet consultation to learn about your style goals, wardrobe challenges, and the services you're looking for. I'll also provide a one-page guide outlining my services and pricing. Once you choose a service, I'll send a simple service agreement and schedule our session. Depending on your needs, we'll begin with a virtual styling consultation, closet audit, personal shopping session, or wardrobe refresh. My goal is to help you build a wardrobe that fits your body, lifestyle, profession, and budget while giving you the confidence to shop and dress with ease.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background as an attorney, entrepreneur, and executive has given me firsthand experience in the importance of professional image, first impressions, and dressing with confidence. Over the years, I've helped friends, family, and colleagues build wardrobes that reflect their careers, lifestyles, and personalities. I've also spent years studying personal style, color coordination, body proportions, and wardrobe planning, with a focus on helping clients shop intentionally, maximize their budgets, and build versatile wardrobes they'll actually wear.
