I work at a base rate of $20/hour and charge for each individual service provided
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain myself, what I do, and how long I've been doing it. I explain the process of resolving the tech issue and clarify everything for the customer to understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught for my tech repair; I have done enough work to prove that I can resolve issues and explain the causes. I am also always looking to learn more.
