We had a very small project to have completed: Drive about 8 or 10 finishing nails into some 1/4 round that had come loose from the installation of a dishwasher. We didn't expect to find anyone willing to do such a small job, but we sure are glad that Doug was willing. Renting a finishing gun, a compressor, and buying the nails myself would have been almost as expensive as hiring Doug, but the destruction that I may have caused would have far exceeded that cost!!! Doug understood the situation, booked us on our timeline, arrived 15 minutes early, completed the job quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Could not be happier with the experience! We even had a few minutes to chat about his business and what services he is able to provide outside of this job. Not a sales pitch....I brought it up. I really like the Thumbtack community and see a potential for good, skilled, hard working business owners like Doug to really shine here.

Doug installed two pendent lights and patched a hole from the old light. In addition to being very easy to work with and schedule, his work was great. The lights were installed just right. I was most impressed with his ability to patch the old hole. Looks perfect!

Most projects require a thorough look and discussion with the customer, that’s why we offer free estimates and layout. I do have fixed pricing for some items like light fixture, paddle fans etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer and evaluate what they are needing and what it will take to do a proper and complete job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the maintenance and construction field for 29 years, and worked commercial and residential for individuals and rental units.
