One word, SLOW. He took over five hours to complete a two hour project. The total job should have taken no more than 25 hours, he took over 40 and only completed half of what I requested. I have been a professional remodeler for over 20 years and only hired him because I recently had shoulder surgery. I do not recommend this individual.

I would like to start off by saying Kenny has a Type A personality; he likes things done fast and done his way only. He gave me a 2 page list of tasks that he needed help with and expected them to be done in 25 hours. If he had, had the right supplies i.e. proper supplies for the jobs that he gave me; I would've been able to complete the projects faster. He also changed the way he wanted the task done in the middle of the job and didn't provide the proper material for the changes he made. He had other employees working the job with me, but they would leave early and left projects unfinished, and since I don't like to leave projects unfinished I would stay later than he thought was necessary. He never approached, confronted, or reprimanded the other workers for leaving the job undone.
