As always it was a pleasure to have Chris, our technician, in our home. He is very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gladly answered any and all questions we had. When he left, after completing the jobs, you would never know he had been here. We will be looking forward to have him perform the air conditioning check in the spring.

I found Franklin Heating and Cooling on the Trane website. Our air conditioner was not cooling. They were able to squeeze us in the same day and Ron diagnosed the problem immediately as a bad capacitor. Although he did not have the correct size replacement on the truck, he located one at a nearby supply-house at a reasonable cost and got us up and running again quickly!

Franklin heating and cooling sent a technician that was able to identify the problem and get our air conditioning working again. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely call them again if we have future needs or if we need to replace our unit in the future.
