We had forced air heat and a/c installed in our 100 year old house. We previously had boiler heat. They installed a unit in the attic area and one in the basement so not to cut up my house for duct work. I can't describe how amazing the whole thing is!! The workers were so polite and professional. Great group of guys. I would never think of ever using any other company. From the front end to all the people working at our house they were too notch. It actually was like working with family. Very nice people. Shane H. Was the man that was there all the time. He blew me away with his knowledge and talent. Bob, Devon, and TeRon were excellent young men as well. They worked hard and very well together. They were here 3 weeks working around my wife and I working with never a problem. Sooo polite all of them. We actually miss having them here.

We couldnt be more disappointed with this company. We had them come out and service our heater and AC unit in the fall and spring, to make sure everything was functioning properly. We told the technician we were having issues with getting the AC unit to power on in the spring when they came out to service it about 3 weeks ago. The technician came out and said everything looked good. Last night the AC unit stopped working. The technician even forgot to turn the breaker for our AC unit back on after he finished looking at it. We discovered this later in the day when our home was sweltering hot. We called this morning and were told we would have to pay extra to have a technician come back out. We called another company who didnt charge us extra to come out on a Saturday, and within 15 minutes of the technician being in our home he determined there was loose wiring, and Freon leek, and recommended a replacement unit. We are getting a new unit now, and are happy to pay the other company who explained to us Franklin should have caught these issues when they serviced our AC unit 3 weeks ago. Dont waste your money on Franklin we went with Pinkerington Heating and Cooling. The technician was polite, and even changed all the filters Franklin told us they changed, but clearly did not. Again dont waste your money on Franklin we feel like weve been ripped off, and will never use their services again!

Once again, excellent service from the Franklin Heating and Refrigeration team! Shaine and Anthony came out to install a propane gas pipe for my new gas range. They also did the propane conversion kit for the range and the installation itself. It was a bit tricky, as I had a vintage 1971 electric range that had to be disconnected, and the new one connected with the gas. All went smoothly, and Shaine and Anthony did an excellent job. This was the second time Shaine was out leading the team. Earlier this year I had a major HVAC overhaul - conversion from fuel oil boiler to propane gas Trane furnace, plus new Trane AC, and Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. MAJOR work. All excellently executed by the various Franklin team members. Always confident 100% when Shaine is in charge. All of the Franklin team members are polite, professional and competent. They are also customer-friendly but focused on the work. Thank you today, Shaine and Anthony, for your excellent service and installation, and thank you to all the other Franklin team members - Bob, Joy, Jessica, Kris, Chris, Morris, Bobby and everyone for excellent service on all the projects.
