Once our a/c just quit working. Naturally it is summer! I called Franklin and they were able to send a technician the next day.Shaine H. came to our home and worked for one day installing our new unit. Shaine was very polite, patient and quiet. He was great.Franklin is the best.Thanks Shaine, Joy and Dan.

I was able to get a quick appointment, and Chris C did an awesome job. He went through everything with us, and explained the work that he did (we had them out for preventative maintenance). He was also kind enough to show us all of our duct work and demonstrate how we could divert the heat/AC into different areas of the house (we are not from the midwest, so this was a new concept for us). He didn't try and sell us anything, just gave us options for the future, and where he thought we could improve the system, and what not to waste our money on. Appreciated!We will definitely have them back for future needs, and we will request Chris again :)

Having some previous experience (over 40 years ago) in the heating, cooling & refrigeration field, I decided to tag along with Shane as he installed my new AC system. I was pleasantly surprised with his ability, his knowledge, and his work ethics. He taught me a lot about all the changes in the industry over the last 4 decades. He was very thorough, didn't take any short cuts, and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Franklin Heating Cooling and Shane for your AC installation!

Once again, excellent service from the Franklin Heating and Refrigeration team! Shaine and Anthony came out to install a propane gas pipe for my new gas range. They also did the propane conversion kit for the range and the installation itself. It was a bit tricky, as I had a vintage 1971 electric range that had to be disconnected, and the new one connected with the gas. All went smoothly, and Shaine and Anthony did an excellent job. This was the second time Shaine was out leading the team. Earlier this year I had a major HVAC overhaul - conversion from fuel oil boiler to propane gas Trane furnace, plus new Trane AC, and Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. MAJOR work. All excellently executed by the various Franklin team members. Always confident 100% when Shaine is in charge. All of the Franklin team members are polite, professional and competent. They are also customer-friendly but focused on the work. Thank you today, Shaine and Anthony, for your excellent service and installation, and thank you to all the other Franklin team members - Bob, Joy, Jessica, Kris, Chris, Morris, Bobby and everyone for excellent service on all the projects.
