- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We value our clients and we show that by making our pricing both competitive and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To assist with establishing a baseline and in an effort to get to know our clients. We like to initially provide a consultation by phone or a virtual appointment. It is important to us be able to get to know the clients and the space we are working with. As well as understanding how we can best assist them with the proper services for their property. Next we will proceed by scheduling an in person service appointment to analyze the service location and begin the services. If the location is commercial there may be a more thorough on-site analysis to determine if additional services or care is needed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide spectrum of clients from Commercial to Residential. Specifically Logistics centers, Small and Medium sized Physician offices, Child Care facilities, Beauty Salons and Pet Parlors.
