- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and reasonable taking into account ones personal financial situation and means, however, I do not do pro bono cases. Payment plans are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to get as much information from a client and through public records so I can give them a fair, accurate, and honest assessment of their case. Once retained, I immediately begin the investigation and representation process to give them the personal attention and effective representation they deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The Ohio State University and received my law degree from Capital University. I have been practicing in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning for over 20 years.
