My consultations average about two hours for our first meeting. My clients have said they appreciate the detailed information I provide at that it exceeded their expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get to know about my clients and and their lifestyle. What things do I need to consider, for example do they have kids, entertain often or have pets, etc. I find out what they are envisioning for their home and turn that into functional options. It is a process to work with clients, but the goal is to find out how I can help deliver what they are dreaming of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended design school in Chicago for fashion design. I’ve spent 15 years as a retail professional in cosmetics and management. I regularly take online classes, read and mentor with others in the industry.
