I had never had my air ducts or vents cleaned before we had several issues with breathing and coughing and things like that so I called Advanced restoration 24/7 and they came out next day .ever since me and my family breathe wonderful I highly recommend them because of their professionalism there value and their responsiveness.

Was late, but did call stating he would be late which was nice. Did an excellent job cleaning the vents and ductwork. Went to pay and was told for the first time they only accept credit cards for charges over $500. My job was not over $500 and I didn't have a check or enough cash to cover the total and what if I needed to charge this service for cash flow purposes? This was not clearly stated, but other than the lack of disclosure ahead of time on the payment policies, the work was great and thorough.

Worker arrived just at the end of their 3 hour window, which wasn’t awesome. Worker worked hard while he was here and clear about the terms of the work. Was pleasant to speak with. Left some hair in the basement on the floor, which I had to clean up afterwards. Would have liked to know how long the job was going to take to arrange for child care if I knew it was going to be that long without heat. It got pretty cold with front door open.

We hired them to do a chimney cleaning. This company did an amazing job. Though they ran a little late, they were very prompt in calling us to give a status. The technician worked quickly, did a great job and took time to explain how to use the fireplace and basic maintenance. I highly recommend.

They were very professional and went straight to work. We only had the chimney cleaned so it did not take them to long. Only complaint I have is that they were late. That was only because they were so busy aka lots of people use them so they must be good ;)
