Missy made some beautiful custom memorial pieces for me out of my Grandmother’s old quilt. She made some purse organizers and adorable Christmas tree ornaments, and they all turned out beautifully. Instead of sitting in the closet unused, I now get to interact with Grandma’s quilt and her memory on a regular basis. I couldn’t be happier with this project. It will bring me joy for years to come, and I will be handing these pieces down to the next generation.

Working with Missy regarding 4 memory pillows was very easy, considering my husband passed away this last May. She was so kind and patient with me every step of the way. So far so good - Missy was the only Pro who responded asking me what I wanted. We got all the details worked out and the project is underway... Can't say as much for the Thumbtack platform or their customer service. The Thumbtack invoice tool was broken and I still have not heard back from their customer service more than two weeks later. Fortunately, Missy had a solution that DID work!
