- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stay competitive with our pricing. As an established company with overhead, we are legitimate with insurance, taxes, worker's compensation, unemployment insurance, certifications, and general office expenses. Of course, someone without this overhead can offer better pricing but do you want to trust your oasis to them? We accept cash, credit, checks, and paypal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is important in working with a new customer. Typically, we respond with a lot of questions to fully understand the current situation and what the customer is requesting. We sometimes request pictures to be texted to us or maybe a home visit, depending on the service requested.
