- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my estimates off of a site called Homewyse. it gives low end and high end. all my estimates are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep in contact as much as possible. that way they can get a better feel about me. my goal for a new customer is to feel safe, comfortable and to know as much about my abilities as possible before I show up
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years of experience and I've worked commercial and residential. Union carpenter.
