Dana Lawson is a true professional! Our sliding glass doors on our company's building needed new roller hardware and cleaning. Mr. Lawson and his helper did a great job. They were friendly, honest and efficient. I will definitely refer First Class Glass to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive with the other companies in town. And our customer service is superior by far!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free quote, and measuring process. Manufacture time on insulated glass units is usually 7-10 days. And then we return to complete the install!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a member of The National Glass Association. And stay on top of all new residential, and commercial glazing techniques. Also perform warranty work for Weathershield, and Anderson Window Corporations.
