Glenn has helped me with a number of computer repair issues, from recovering files that I accidentally deleted to installing new memory chips in a laptop. His knowledge is encyclopedic, and in troubleshooting problems with his customers, he is both very informative and very patient. Building a new PC for client to replace an aging (8 years old...) PC he inherited from his son. The new system's performance rivals that of a pre-built system for three times the money.

That I am also a photographer, letterpress printmaker, designer and fine artist.
