Xavier did mold remediation in my basement. Xcellent Renovations live up to their name!
Every other company i talked to felt like pulling teeth just trying to get basic info without an on site inspection.
Xcellent answered my questions in a timely a manner and were prompt to schedule and complete thr actual work!
Hoping i don't run into any mold issues in the future, but i will definitely use Xcellent Renovations if I do!

Xavier and his team showed up on time, were polite and professional. He took the time to protect my flooring before they even started! He communicated well and made sure I didnt have any questions! His work is outstanding. I was able to ask if he could do another job for me and he said they definitely could. Ill be reaching out again for another estimate for the back yard! If you need work done...he's your guy!!

Xavier and his team did an excellent job— replaced sump pump and installed new drain line. The whole project was handled very professionally from start to finish. He provided a thorough overview of the work to be done, a detailed estimate and communicated very well. Team arrived as scheduled and completed the job as promised. Very pleased with the results and would hire for additional jobs. Highly recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be the cheapest or highest paid when it comes to pricing but we always have the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide an estimate, complete the work and keep the homeowner updated. We typically walk the homeowner around before, during, and after. If they cannot be there we send pictures of the entire process. Once completed test the system and make sure we answer all questions before collecting payment and leaving the job site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Home improvement license, I am certified in mold remediation, three years of filed training, two years of office training, and one year of general manger training, four years of training running my own company.
