- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is higher than others but I have over forty years of knowledge,I have all tools needed for completion of project(s) i work with a multitude of suppliers to get the customer materials for projects completed within a timely matter I am extremely detail oriented I have many references from past customers I do not cut corners I do the job right the first time I carry service warranties I’m respectful of the customer,their homes,their property I do offer discounts for veterans yes I am higher than some other contractors but your complete satisfaction and professionalism i feel it’s very reasonable for an experienced professional contractor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a consultation get all information from homeowner to what their needs are give the homeowner a written estimate and working with the customer to bring their home dreams
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of hands on experience I’m lead removal certification that I took the class to get my certification I’m natural gas lines certified that I took the class everything else I’ve learned by watching and learning from professionals of their fields for over thirty years that cannot be taught in a book and putting what I’ve learned to help customers with all their home repair needs
