- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free estimates, also will do my best to give you the most quality for the best price. Discounts or cash back is given if a customer referees another customer & job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate with them, find out exactly what they are wanting. Meet with them in person and then submit a free estimate. Once the green light is given set up a day to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ever since I was a young, I was raised to work hard and work with a satisfaction of a job well done. Over the last ten years of my life I have worked a variety of occupations from remodel/construction, lawn care & maintenance, sales, and more!
