Had a reverse osmosis system put in. Fixed my drinking water almost instantly. Tyler did a great job and was very polite. I got three quotes and these guys were the best price around.

I purchased a water softener, but the first one they tried to install started leaking as soon as they hooked it up. Was it used? Who knows. It wasn't in a box when they brought it into my house. They returned with another one, and it did the same. (LEAKED) They said that they would be back with the third one. Finally, this one did not leak. They were supposed to follow up to see how we were going. I had to call them to have someone to come out to set the recharge time that wasn't set correctly during the installation. The unit is still not working right. They were supposed to send someone to correct the problem. After about 2 months of waiting, I had to call back to remind them of the service request. They are supposed to be here this week (6/15/26 to take a look. We wiil see!!!
