- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
every job varies it depends on size what all needs done is there anything extra or that you would like more or less time spent on and more importantly your exact expectations please be sure to be clear initially and it will help us both in a extremely satisfying end result . I always try to exceed to go above and beyond to leave my clients with a great experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet up and get a prospective of what exactly is expected of the job outcome.I have recently started making a detailed list to double check with clients and refer to so i can guarantee nothing will be missed. i review the project and go into detail with my client so we both have a clear idea of what the expectations are on both ends i will do a walk through with you if needed to make sure i can deliver a quality job well done and guarantee to leave them completely satisfied with my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was employed with the toledo botanical gardens and was responsible for various positions which includes set ups for weddings to planting pruning transplanting and heavy weeding all the way to custodial duties for the buildings and restrooms I have cleaned many homes and love my work and helping my clients achieve their goals from their gardens to shining up their homes :) I just like to make things beautiful!
