We had a great experience with Mold Medic! We discovered some mold and water damage in our bathroom they were thorough in the assessment and also helped us identify the source. Connor was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the process. The team was clean, respectful of our home, and left everything looking great. We highly recommend Mold Medic!

Ashley did a great job surveying, quoting, and explaining the process. The two guys (Connor and I'm sorry but cannot remember the second gentleman) that came to do the work were prompt, polite, and took the care and time to answer questions and thoroughly explain everything. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking.

I got to work with Connor and Amani, I believe. They were professional and kind, prompt (early, even) and thorough. Ashley was my initial contact and her visit was good and helpful. Mold Medics was also much cheaper than other companies.

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Mold Medics team. We noticed a lot of mold growth in the attic of our first home. Ashley came out to inspect and she explained exactly how the mold growth happened (previous owners installed insulation incorrectly), whats needed to remediate, and how to prevent more growth in the future. She broke down the services needed and worked with us on what could be done professionally vs. DIY, while still maintaining safety. Connor and Imoni were right on time for our remediation appointment and by that afternoon, our attic was mold free! Connor even patiently walked me through the next steps of our mold-free journey by answering all of my questions and recommending products/tools to help us until we can officially fix the ventilation in our attic. Id highly recommend Mold Medics to anyone in the Toledo, OH area!

I would give Mold Medics 10 stars if I could. From the estimate to the job completion, they were professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. Ashley completed the estimate and explained the pricing. She worked within my budget to get the job done! The Mold Medic teams were fantastic to work with. Connor explained the process every step of the way. He was kind, considerate, and respectful of my pets. I would recommend this company, hands down, for mold eradication and duct cleaning.
